Jen Chess, LCSW has a passion for helping others. As a young child her family instilled in her the importance of caring for others through volunteer work. Jen carried this in to her adult life and built a career out of service to others and the community. Jen has worked in schools, at community mental health centers, for non-profits and for the State of New York. She has worked as a therapist, researcher, peer support partner, home health aide, direct care staff, care manager, and crisis worker. During her time working to support others Jen noticed that the most successful and happy people tend to be ones that have a strong sense of self, a strong sense of family, and a feeling of belonging within their community. She started Three Circles Therapy Services PLLC to provide a place where people could get support in all three areas of their life in an easy and safe way.
