Three Circles Therapy Services
- Empowering the Self, Family, and Community -
We at Three Circles Therapy Services believe that wellness can only be achieved through learning to find peace and balance within ourselves, our families and our community. To accomplish this we provide services that focus on building a foundation of trust, purpose and mastery. We will listen and engage with empathy. We will advocate and fight for you as you navigate your journey and gain the skills to achieve wellness.

Our Logo is The Borromean Rings, a simple symbol consisting of 3 interlocking rings that cannot be separated from one another without being broken. We need to ensure balance in the self, family, and community in order to achieve wellness.

Self
Whether you are struggling with self-esteem, boundary setting, illness, career difficulties, gender/sexuality, setting boundaries, or managing your emotions, we are here to help you to become the best version of yourself with coaching, clinical counseling, alternative therapies and creative problem solving.
“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” - Buddah

Family
Family can be whoever you choose. Our families are as unique as we are, and as such they can benefit from unique interventions and strategies. We work with you and your family to develop a plan to strengthen connection, set boundaries and expectations, and increase positive interactions. We provide family therapy, coaching, goal setting, and mediation.
“Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family: Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one.”
-Jane Howard

Community
We've all heard "it takes a village" to raise a child, but the truth is we need community throughout our lives. We create connections and provide education and support to help our community thrive through public speaking, training, and consultation.
“We have all known the long loneliness and we have learned that the only solution is love and that love comes with community.” – Dorothy Day
Why is it so hard to ask for help?
